Nader Elguindi
Chief Executive Officer
Nader Elguindi is the President and founder of Cydecor, a National Security technology firm where he leads a team of more than 600 associates providing software, data analytics, mission support, and multi-domain communication solutions for Special Operations, Navy, USAF, USSF, DIA, and OSD.
Nader spent more than six years as a nuclear engineering officer in the submarine community of the United States Navy and became the first naval officer to qualify in submarines with a prosthetic leg. He is an active philanthropist supporting veteran causes.
Marshall Kasten
Chief Financial Officer
Marshall Kasten serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cydecor, overseeing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, project control, and long-term financial strategy, M&A, and Treasury.
Marshall began his career at KPMG before embarking on a 23-year journey at ManTech in roles including VP of FP&A and VP of Enterprise Operational Finance. Marshall earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
Pete Pflugrath
Chief Growth Officer
Pete Pflugrath serves as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Cydecor. He is responsible for P&L execution and organic growth, which includes working alongside Cydecor’s leadership team to help grow their respective portfolios, defining differentiated go-to-market strategies, and delivering on Cydecor’s operational performance goals to include support for M&A.
Pete has over 30 years of experience in government contracting. Pete holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from William & Mary.
Rob Corl
Director of Operations
Rob Corl serves as Director of Operations at Cydecor. He is responsible for service delivery, portfolio and program management, P&L, client relationships, and portfolio growth. His expertise lies within the day-to-day operations management of his portfolio.
Rob has over 7 years of industry experience, in addition to over 20 years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Central Michigan University.
James Halpin
Vice President, Risk & Infrastructure
James Halpin serves as Vice President of Risk & Infrastructure at Cydecor. He is responsible for all IT and cybersecurity infrastructure and operations, including digital transformation, IT budgets, vendor management, DoD compliance, RMF implementation, and mitigating cyber risks through robust security operations.
James has more than 25 years of expertise in DoD infrastructure, cybersecurity and software delivery. Before joining Cydecor, James was CIO/CISO for InnovaSystems International. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Diego State University.
James Kilty
Vice President, Software and Technology
James Kilty Jr. serves as Vice President of Software and Technology at Cydecor. James is responsible for fostering innovation and delivering secure, high-performance products to customers and stakeholders.
James has more than 25 years of experience in innovative IT solution designs and cloud-based services. Prior to his time at Cydecor, James was Chief Technology Officer at InnovaSystems International. His extensive experience includes Agile DevSecOps methodologies, strategic planning, and compliance with CMMI-DEV, ISO, and DoD standards. James holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Coleman University.
Michael McCoy
Vice President, Operations
Mike McCoy serves as Vice President of Operations at Cydecor. He is responsible for contract delivery, customer satisfaction, and strategic planning. Mike has over 30 years of experience managing enterprise solution delivery for Fortune 500 and DoD and has held key roles at McDonnell Douglas and InnovaSystems International.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Master’s in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.
Karen Randolph
Vice President, Human Resources and People Operations
Karen Randolph serves as Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations at Cydecor. Karen is responsible for leading all People and Culture initiatives and partners with company leaders to promote growth by assessing organizational needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Karen has more than 20 years of expertise in human resources. Before coming to Cydecor, Karen was Director of Human Resources with Artel and has held key leadership roles at MITRE Corporation, CGI Federal, and Sprint. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University. Karen is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) as well as a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Ed Spitler
Vice President, Space, Satellite and Terrestrial Services
Ed Spitler serves as Vice President of Space, Satellite and Terrestrial Services at Cydecor. Ed oversees space, satellite, and terrestrial operations and P&L. His responsibilities include program delivery, strategic planning, business development, and technical functions. Prior to his time at Cydecor, Ed was Vice President of Operations at Artel and served in the United States Army.
Ed has over 35 years of industry experience and has held several key leadership roles in the government contracting space, including Astrium Satellites, Airbus Government Services, and Vizada. Ed is the recipient of numerous industry awards, such as the Washington Technology Government Channel Leadership Award and was inducted into the Space and Satellite Hall of Fame in 2024.
