  • Dennis Kelly

    Dennis Kelly is a well-known and highly respected leader in the federal government contracting community and a Navy veteran. Previously, Mr. Kelly was President and COO of Centauri, LLC, prior to its acquisition by KBR Inc. (NYSE: KBR). He brings over 30 years of experience in the defense and intelligence community, having served in multiple chief executive officer, president, and chief operating officer roles with fast growth companies in the national security market including Anteon International, Tech Team Government Solutions, A-T Solutions, PAE IOMAXIS, Buchanan & Edwards and Centauri.

  • Rich Sawchak

    Rich Sawchak is known for driving technology companies to succeed through financial scalability, operational excellence, and people-first culture. Rich has over 25 years of leadership experience, having been the CFO for four private equity or venture-backed companies and completing over 40 M&A and financing transactions during his career. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Finance and Strategic Cost Management from the Olin Graduate School of Management at Babson College.

  • Rear Admiral (ret) Thomas J. Kearney, USN

    RDML Tom Kearney is the Founder of the Kearney Group, LLC. He recently retired from the Navy after 23 years in the Submarine Force and 10 years directing acquisition programs at the Naval Sea Systems Command. During his last tour of duty RDML Kearney established the new Acquisition and Commonality Business Directorate at NAVSEA where he drove changes to better support small businesses, effect a common sense approach to acquisition, and improve government-industry relationships.

  • Tom Weston

    Tom Weston retired as the Senior Vice President and CFO of ECS Federal, LLC, a leading provider of advanced technologies and solutions in the cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning and IT systems modernization areas. Tom has over 30 years of executive experience in the federal contracting industry, having served as CFO for both publicly traded and private equity held technology companies. During his career, Tom has led over 40 M&A and financing transactions as both a buyer and a seller. Tom graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and currently sits on the Board of Directors for several entities, where he also serves as chair of the audit committee.

  • SES (ret) Thomas F. Thoma

    Mr Thoma is a retired executive from the Department of Defense where he served as part of the Senior Executive Service. Mr Thoma is an expert on DoD Acquisition and former Director of Acquisition for the Defense Information Systems Agency. Mr Thoma is currently President and CEO of T-Squared Enterprises, where he provides senior level consulting services to industry clients as well as the Federal Government.

  • David Frost

    David Frost is a seasoned investment professional with over 28 years of expertise in investment banking and middle market lending. Mr. Frost is a Partner with Putnam Hill Capital Partners and previously held senior positions with Annaly Capital, Plainfield Asset Management and Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Frost’s industry experience includes advising and investing in aerospace, defense and government services sectors. Mr. Frost has a B.S. from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

    Doug Ellis

    Doug Ellis was co-founder of DecisionPoint in 1998 and has served as a Managing Partner since that time. He has over ten years of operational experience in the technology sector as well as 15+ years of experience in M&A advisory representation for technology companies. Ellis has been personally involved in successfully closing 50+ transactions in the software (SaaS and enterprise), social media, telecommunications, IT and managed/hosting services, and BPO sectors.
